Only artists who have sold 50 million or more are included in this list. I posted it because I've been searching the web for this list for so long but haven't found a reliable and comprehensive list. I've got it from wiki, the only source in the net that lists the top-selling female artists in the world. I ranked them in order of their total sale estimates.

I've found no other source in the net to be more accurate and updated than this. Anyway, it seems accurate for Mariah Carey though. Last time I checked, Mariah has sold 160 million already and that was 2005 before "Emancipation" was released. She has sold 10 million with Emancipation, 3 million with E=MC2, and 800k with Memoirs since then.

Okay. I'm not refuting your claim but can an artist sell 80 million already with just 3 albums in this age of piracy and illegal downloads? Maybe you can breakdown Beyonce's sales statistics here, both singles and albums?
