I see this getting performed when it's out in late November and then her doing "O Holy Night" or something else from the album on the finale.

If it's really the single they need to rush release it. Put it on Vevo put it on itunes etc

I think they just need to put it up on her Vevo channel. It's not unusual for songs to premiere a month before release in the UK. Let it build some buzz, etc.
