The "edge" of her voice is irrelevant. The fact is that she can't control her voice in the slightest as she hits the higher notes. She can sound pretty, yes, but so can Taylor Swift and we all know she's not a vocalist. She's not awful, but I wouldn't dare call her voice anything better than good. Thinking Of You/Not Like The Movies/The One That Got Away, etc are not hard to sing in the slightest. There are
multiple Youtube covers that blow her live performances right out of the water.
2:30 was the most vocally challenging part of the song and she completely blew it. That was the big belt and it was completely off pitch.
