Ke$ha has such a knack for pop song writing, but Gaga's metaphors in "The Fame" were so good.

Ke$ha is better at "fun" lyrics while Gaga is better at "smarter" lyrics.

Ke$ha is good, but she's really a one trick pony. She can't pull off personal ballads well (The Harold Song and Animal are two of her worst songs), and Gaga makes a lot of missteps, but I see a lot more creativity and promise in Gaga.
