The way this years Roast is going to go is very simple.
We are going to do a traditional sign up list. After the sign ups are over, A voting process will begin in which 15 members will be selected (One for each day starting January 12th, and ending January 31st.)
After we get our 15 members, I will then set up a schedule.
The schedule will be used to let everyone know who we are roasting, and on which day.
This keeps the thread lively and orderly.
I remembered this last year and was going to participate, but it was organized by some Nicki Minaj stan. We waited for WEEKS before the roast finally began, and at that point, I lost interest:
"oh, the list will be up soon!"
"oh the roast will begin soon!"

So yeah... let's hope this year's will be better organized.
