In 2012, Atrl agreed on the fact that Beyonce was local (

). Now its 2014, after her Beyonce album, what does Atrl think now ?

Still local, she still sells mostly only inside the US, the only thing she had success WW was the tour, but we know that's only for fans not the GP.

She's always been global. ATRL's opinion on the matter means absolutely nothing. You can't be called the physical manifestation for such a global company as Apple, and be "local".
