NOTE: If you nominate for these categories, make sure for the "hit" nominees to be top five on your chart. You may send in up to 3 nominations for each.

Deadlines/Rules
1) Nominations are due on June 16, 2015
2) Final votes are due on June 30, 2015
3) Awards show will be July 5, 2015 at roughly 7 P.M EST. There will be a pre-show at 5:30 p.m-7:00 p.m and an after-show from whatever time it ends (around 8:30 or so until 9:30 PM EST)
4) If anyone could make a banner or has any new category ideas that would be great!
