I keep telling people about the slayage of cats, but they don't want to listen.
The "but he is friendly, I swear!!111!" or "Oh, lol, he don't bite!" people need to stop letting their damn dogs run amok. I can't even stroll through my dad's neighborhood because of all the loose dogs. Then something like this happens and the owners want to cry foul when the animal is put down.
