Those special effects for E.T. I think have an high price, Judas has a whole Universal set rented for it with that waterfall machine and then the motorbikes' scene on the highway. We really can't know
ET would have had expensive post-production thanks to the special effects, but Judas has multiple large-scale set ups, location filming on a motorway and a scene with a simulated wave which will have added up to a pretty big budget.
Judas actually had a huge set, didn't it? You could do the ET video with a green screen, costumes, make-up etc but I guess the SFX could be expensive. Probably not as expensive as the actual props in Judas though.
