They're going too heavily with the just commercially successful end -- there's usually a couple of heavily acclaimed works that were less successful in the mix; I doubt they'll put both Drake and Rih in over Radiohead for AOTY.
I also seriously doubt Pillowtalk would get in for ROTY before Work.
