The only thing Katy has over RIhanna is cutesy child friendly videos that are admittedly fun, I think a lot of KPs success is to do with her videos in my opinion. I also find Katy to be pretty boring, she is a pop star, Rihanna is a popstar and a huge persona, she has character.
Rihanna on every other level, music, vocals, dancing, fashion, personality etc.
