Right now, Beyonce and Taylor Swift. They put the most care in to their images, have the strongest PR teams, etc. I'd kill for my fave to have their marketing campaigns.
Britney Spears? She was unique and that set her apart. MANUFACTURED? Britney Spears IS Pop Music. Avril Lavigne and Ashley Simpson were manufactured as the anti-Britney, while Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, and MANY others were a replica of her.
So don't come here saying Britney SPEARS is a manufactured pop act.
