This negative tally reduced the song's release-to-date tally from 2,443,000 to 2,359,000. How can this be? Many fans took advantage of iTunes' "Complete Your Album" feature. When fans take advantage of that feature, they get a reduction on the price of the album, but the earlier song transaction is deducted from the song's tally.
