Do you guys remember Teresa LaBarbera Whites? she was the one in charge of the Femme Fatale album, she arranged a songwriting camp for Britney's album but in the middle of 2010 she left Jive Records and abandoned Britney's album and started to work with Beyonce on the 4 album. That's why Dr. Luke was announced later of 2010 as the executive producer of Femme Fatale. So Teresa actually brought with her the songs of the songwriting camp, some of the songwriters were: Evan Kidd Bogard, Eric B., K. Briscoe, Nervo, Toby Gad, Oak Felder, Andrew Wansel, Neon Hitch.

After leaving Jive Records she went back to Columbia Records and started working with Beyonce who was starting her new album with the same people like Ne-Yo, Teresa came as her A&R and brought Diplo, Switch, Ryan Tedder, The-Dream, Babyface. Remember those exciting news in 2010 that Britney was working with Diplo, Babyface, Ryan Tedder, William Orbit... that was all because of Teresa Labarbera Whites as an A&R of the album... since she left Jive this all -- well, the majority -- ended up on Beyonce's 4 album which is Beyonce's best album so far according to fans and reviews.
As for Britney, Teresa was the one that found unknown acts like The Outysiders ("Womanizer"), Nicole Morrier ("Mmm Papi"), Freescha ("Heaven On Earth"). She was Britney's A&R for Blackout and Circus.
Femme Fatale was supposed to be an album totally different if Teresa was the A&R, it ended being the way it is because of Dr. Luke, the whole album was scrapped in the middle process because Teresa left Jive Records, Femme Fatale was a mess promotional wise too because Jive was bankrupting.
