What's "Winter" about "Umbrella?" That song is pure Spring/Summer!
Really now?
"When the sun will shine, we'll shine together.
Now that its raining more than ever,
You can stand under my umbrella. ella. ella. eh. eh.
So go on and let the rain pour..."
I like listening to it when its raining and cold outside.
I associate Christmas so much with Winter. It dominates my Nov/Dec/Jan playlists but...
In the winter I listen to bands more than popstars (unless there is a new album out) a lot of Muse, Coldplay, Foo Fighters...I just feel it fits more. Pop is a summer, sunshine and good times thing.
Sade "Is It a Crime?"
Jon B "They Don't Know"
TLC "Diggin On You"
Beyonce "Speechless"
Christina Aguilera "Loving Me 4 Me"
Faith Evans "Kissing You"
Prince "Adore"
New Edition "Can You Stand The Rain?"
Janet Jackson "Anytime, Anyplace"
"When the sun will shine, we'll shine together.
Now that its raining more than ever,
You can stand under my umbrella. ella. ella. eh. eh.
So go on and let the rain pour..."
I like listening to it when its raining and cold outside.
