Beyonce vs Janet: Who will have the larger legacy?
Clearly both of these girls have been extremely successful throughout their careers. Which of these girls will have the larger legacy by the end of her career?
It's like asking who had a bigger impact: Mariah/Whitney or Aretha. CLEARLY the person that inspired the said people/person has a bigger for inspiring than them, if that makes any sense.

I also don't really understand how Janet is Beyonce's largest inspiration when they are very different. Beyonce is a virtuoso like Whitney and Mariah...and their dancing is so different as well? Are you saying this because she is black and is an entertainer like Janet?

No No No no sistren Destiny's Child's best selling album was in the 90's. Beyonce's highest selling album rang in at 2003 with 9 - 11 million albums sold. Janet's highest selling and heavily influential album Janet. sold 20 million worldwide and is under certified since it's registered as 6x platinum, yet sold over 7 million in the U.S. (and could have sold a bit more than that)

It's so strange that even though Janet was in the age where albums sales were very high, she couldn't surpass the album Beyonce wrote and produced that became to receive an 8x platinum certification.
