no VEVO, unofficial channels, low quality, many of her videos are not on youtube or they have been deleted so many times, half of them not available in so many countries etc etc...

I think Madonna has a dedicated following of older gays who don't have much else to spend their money on + she is popular in countries that are creatively still in the 80s. I don't see much demand for her in hot trend-setting markets.
