Do you agree with the list? I don't see "Just Dance" by Lady GaGa, "Uh Oh" by Lumidee, "Goodies" by Ciara, None of Fergie's singles from the Dutchess era isn't in but Gwen Stefani "Hollaback Gurl" is

I love Beyonce but CIL is so goddamn overrated. It's so basic yet gets a lot of price. She has at least 20 songs that are better.
