"Rolling In The Deep" tops the 5 million mark in digital sales this week. It's the first song to sell 5 million digital copies in a calendar year. It streaked to 5 million in just 35 weeks, faster than any other song in digital history. The old record was held by the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling," which topped the 5 million mark in its 36th week.
Since it's still #13, and will get a major boost during the holidays like all major releases do (not to mention after the Grammys), it's going to top IGAF.

Perhaps, but not for some time. IGAF has sold over 7 million downloads IIRC. There's still a way to go. She'll pass JD and PF by the end of the year or early next year.

It's way too premature to say that RITD is going to pass it IMO. Sales are generally higher now so of course she was going to reach the 5m mark at a faster pace, that doesn't mean her tail-end sales will hold up so strongly.
