Rihanna. Beyoncé's songs are dated. Not to mention Rihanna has more timeless hits than Beyoncé has hits.

Crazy In Love is the definition of timesless

Some of her "quick lil singles" are still being played today, like Diamonds for example. So I assume they have some kind of longevity.

SOS, Don't Stop the Music, Disturbia, We Found Love, and Only Girl (In the World) are all timeless dance songs that still sound fresh. Dance music is actually one of the genres that ages the best because it has had consistent elements for decades. Now take a song like Crazy In Love. That sounds straight from 2003.
