It has been out for under an hour, and Demi is smashing hard.

She's top 20 in the US, #1 in Brazil and top 5 in many European territories such as Spain and the Netherlands.

Are you shocked at how well she's performing globally?

For example, a Lovatic said that Heart Attack peaked at #34 on the Spanish charts, yet this is #4 on iTunes in 45 minutes. Why is she suddenly so much more global?

Kind of. I still haven't heard an interview yet of her promoting this but good for her.

Her vocals sound great and the song is good. It was smart to work with Max Martin and it took her long enough
