- Corn flakes with milk (breakfast)
- Soup (lentil, rice, onion, ground beef, garlic, red pepper paste, lemon juice, ground red pepper) [lunch]
- Right now I'm eating an apple and 2 bananas (snack)
Breakfast: Three sausages, Two slices of bacon, two fried eggs, three hash browns, two slices of wholemeal toast, baked beans. A cup of tea and two glasses of orange juice. (I went to an all you can eat for breakfast )
Snack: Half a packet of rolos, some Matterson's fridge raiders, a snack block of cheddar & a aero moose.
