hopefully PI sells well there, the entire top 9 are from the first 3 years of her career.

It's probably on a bit over 100,000, which isn't a massive amount, and some radio stations in the UK at the time like Galaxy FM played the song, so it's understandable.

Lady Gaga's peak was definitely 2009. Anybody who says it was 2010 or 2011 is delusional, I don't get why people say that, I think they just want to pretend she had more longevity or something.
