What in the actual ****? Gosh, I think he took that too far. I understand discipline but a CABLE WIRE and hearing her screaming just made it worse! My father wouldn't dare, I've never understood how men can whip they're kids especially their daughters. It just seems like something the mother would do moreso than the father. I'm not here for whipping in general seems like abuse. This kind of stuff is saddening and I say this is abuse!
