Is not really that scaring now, but when I was 12 I saw this movie... and I couldn't sleep for a week it was horrible at that time...



and recently....



I usually love to watch horror movies alone, in my room, at night.... and everything is fine. I wasn't expecting much from this movie tbh... but eventually this movie was becoming scarier and in the end I didn't even want to go to the bathroom alone

Was Sinister that good?

I was terrified at the Descent. And the first 3 Child's Play movies but I think that's just because I was a kid

All of the Halloween films, Freddy vs. Jason, Tales from the Hood probably scared me the most tho!

That movie stayed with me for a couple of days.

The Blair Witch Project (at the time I watched it).

tHE CONJURING WAS REALLY SCARY

It's interesting imo. There are some scary scenes, especially because they happen unexpectedly

The Shining used to scare me

Evil Dead

There was this movie called a Fear of the Dark that I believe came out in 2002. I watched it and couldn't sleep without a light on for YEARS

Sinister scared the **** outta me too! The music

I wouldn't advise anyone to watch that movie.

Jeepers Creepers. I use to have recurring nightmares about him and would always visualize him flying/running beside the car/in a cornfield and literally felt stalked by him for like 2 years after I watched it. I'm still petrified of him and get goosebumps when I even think about it. Honestly, watching that movie was one of the worst decisions of my life. I'm scarred for life.

The Jackal in 13 Ghosts scared me too. I actually had a nightmare that he was chasing me and I woke up in cold sweats and my asthma was completely outta control.

I'm typically not scared by movies while watching them, it's the aftermath that gets to me. I'll start thinking about what happened and start visualizing what it would be like if it was inrl. I still think of the witch from Darkness Falls every time I see a shadow move in my room.

Stephen King's It scared me to an extent as well. Mostly because I was a kid. Also, The Haunting as well.

The only one I remember really scaring me is The Descent: part 2.. It had so many jump moments

Friday the 13th gave me nightmares for years... but I was like 5 when I watched it so that might have been why

The Orphanage is probably my favorite horror movie but that's probably more for the drama in addition to the scares. But it gave me the biggest jump out of my seat moment ever.
