Beyonce is a great album ,don't get me wrong.But I have come to the conclusion that 4 is her best album.I mean I care,Dance for you, Schoolin' Life ,Love on Top and many other gems.Its quality is top notch.The fact that it underperformed makes so many people overlook it.

Top 3 with B'Day and self titled. I would say those three are interchangeable in quality. But yeah, sometimes it does seem like her best album.

I love this album so much. It's obviously between '4' and 'BEYONCÉ'. 'Love on Top' is like her best song ever vocally, it gives me chills.

B'Day > 4/BEYONCE >>> Dangerously in Love > I Am Sasha Fierce. The first three are great, complete albums with a solid theme and clear direction, whereas the latter two are great(DIL) or okay(IASF) singles mixed in with a lot of filler.

4 has nowhere near the depth/artistry/experimentation/social commentary that Beyonce has. Beyonce is an extremely important album.
