Troublesome details continue to emerge from the June 18 death of 22-month-old Cooper Harris, who died from hyperthermia after his father, Justin Ross Harris, left him locked in his car seat on a sweltering day when temperatures pushed toward 90 degrees.
Cobb Police Det. Phillip Stoddard testified at a bond hearing that Cooper had scratch marks on his face and abrasions on the back of his head, most likely indications the little boy was desperately trying to get out of his car seat.
