Welcome to the 7th season of ATRL's Song Contest!!!
So, after letting this game get closed during the middle of Season 7 last year , I FINALLY decided to bring the game back And with a faster internet connection, I PROMISE that I will finish this season!!!
RULES
The Basics
We start with a number of contestants, who have to submit one song (in mp3 form) to me each round. Then they must listen to the songs the other contestants submitted, and rank them. You may not rank your own song. Based on these rankings, one contestant is eliminated, and a new round starts with new songs. If the bottom 2 songs end in a tie, the tie breaker will be broken by the Winner of that round. Whichever song that the winner rated higher will be safe.
Song Selection
--No Singles
--Also, during some rounds, I will put limits on what kind of songs you can use. Example: Only Songs From a Male Solo Artist
--Once you use an artist, you CANNOT use them again during the Season
Requirements
--Must be able to send a working link to download your song OR you may send a youtube link of your song.
--When sending your song, you MUST include the name of the song & aritst
--You must be able to download an albums' worth of song every week.
--You must be able to send your songs & Rankings in on time. If you dont send in your songs or rankings on time, you will be eliminated.
--If 2 or more contestants send the same song, who ever sent it first will be able to use the song, and I will let the other person know to send another song.

Season 5: eteru won Season 5 with "It's Over (Goodbye)" by Jared Lee
Season 6: Jimmy Tancredi won Season 6 with "Where the Fence is Low" by LIGHTS
Banned Artist (Artist are banned after being used 5 Times)
Although this will upset some of the regulars of this game, I am resetting the banned artist list. HOWEVER, the banned list songs will remain.
Remember to Check the Banned Songs List Before You Send In Your Song, These Songs Were Used Last Season And Cant Be Used Again
yes, then after everyone sends their songs, i will put then send all the songs to all the other contestants (you must be able to download an albums worth of songs) you will then rank the songs from best to worst and send the list back to me, lowest ranking contestant gets eliminated...
Oh, Toxic! You know that this is my ultimate favorite game here on ATRL, but sadly I cannot participate this time because I'm reviewing for my upcoming board examinations and I only log in every weekends.
I hope you can still invite me for the next season, I would really love to participate again in this game, just not this season I guess.
