Welcome everyone to my year in review. 2013 was an interesting year for me, and certainly an interesting
year in terms of music. There wasn't much delivery from the main pop girls (well except for Beyonce, but she'll show up next year) however, I did find a lot of interesting music from new and exciting artists. So lets start!
First up, is the top 50 singles of the year. The rules are simple, the
single must've been released between November 1 2012 and October 31 2013. You'll see a lot of great music spanning many different genres. Pop, R&B (surprise!), Country and Alternative.
2013 was superior in terms of albums in my opinion. There were a surprising amount of albums that I thoroughly enjoyed this year and I'll select 25 to share. I might even sneak in one non-english album.
So, thats it! This is my first year doing this, but I can't wait to start and I hope you all enjoy it. If I have time, I might do a worst of list too because some of the ones I have been seeing are really funny.
