..but sus, those notes from Beyonce are impressive for the simple fact that she is a mezzo soprano...her voice sits a whole 3rd lower than Kelly's (whose a lyric soprano)..No other mezzo soprano is producing that resonance.coordination, and perfection diction in the 5th octave like that..Kelly as a soprano has a much higher tessitura than beyonce..she breathes these notes (just due to natural chord function)..as she is supposed to..you're not making a very logical comparison
That's like me bringing reciepts of Beyonce phrasing multiple tenor and baritone 2nd and 3rd octave notes that Kelly couldn't even muster the ability to even sing.. It wouldn't be fair because Kelly's voice naturally wouldn't sit that low!
One thing's for sure..these Kelly videos are old.How does the good sis sound in comparison here in the present..y'know 2016??
..ps: Beyonce is better in the upper soprano tessitura than Kelly is in the mezzo/contralto area
