http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=250658. You need to create and name your own label. In part one, we bid on artists to build the label. In part two, we will be sending these artists on tour, releasing music by them, and buying more artists to expand the label.
You have full creative control, including titles and genres of the works. The reason genre is included is because it will potentially affect success if an artist tries a genre they have not used before.

Singles
1. An artist may release a single at any time and may release a maximum of two singles per day (real time).
2. A lead single for a new album project must be labeled as such. A single that is not from an album project must be labeled as such.
3. A single's performance will be based on whether it is a lead single, how the artist's singles normally fare, and luck.
4. A single will earn the artist's label 1 point for every 200,000 copies sold and 1 point for every 5 million radio impressions.

Albums
1. An artist may release an album any time and must wait at least 48 hours (real time) between releases.
2. An album's performance will be based on how well the artist's albums normally sell and luck.
3. A track list must be included with the release of the album in order to determine which singles the artist has released are from this album and not the next or previous.
4. An album will earn the artist's label 1 point for every 100,000 copies sold.

Tours
1. A tour must be linked to a corresponding album release and may not begin until said album is released.
2. A tour's success will be based on the artist's usual touring capabilities and luck.
3. A tour will earn the artist's label 1 point for every $10,000,000 earned.

Collaborations
1. Artists may collaborate on any single, album, or tour.
2. Whether the project receives an increase in success will be left up to chance.
3. Points earned from collaborations between artists on different labels will be split evenly among the labels involved.

Payola
1. A label may pay any number of points in an effort to increase the success of any album, single or tour.
2. The project will have a 50% chance of earnings increasing by the amount payed, and a 50% chance of decreasing by the amount payed.

Here, you may buy any already artist that has not yet been sold.
Price will vary depending on an artist's tier, which I will determine from the following:
Flop (25 points)
Basic (50 points)
Medium (100 points)
Icon (200 points)
Legend (300 points)
Simply submit a request for the artist's tier whenever you wish.

MERGING
Labels can now merge to make TWO labels into one.
Rules:
1. Maximum of 2 labels can combine their points & artist to form one new merged alliance.
2. The merged group must make their decisions together from now on.
3. Any bid his/her partner makes counts for the whole label, so make sure you talk to your labelmate about making offers.
