During the 1990s, top 40 radio and the top of the Billboard charts saw amazing diversity. Every major genre of music produced both hits and stars with incredible lasting influence on today's music. The 1990s also produced some of the most memorable and incredible albums ever created. Now, we here on ATRL will decide which albums truly defined the era.
Participation
Participants will create an ordered list of their favorite albums released during the 1990s. The album that a participant places at #1 will get 20 points, album #2 will get 19 points, ect. Put YOUR favorite track from each album (not the most famous or the one that everyone else likes) and the genre of the album with your ballot.
EDIT: Ballots with more than 20 albums or fewer than 10 albums listed will NOT be accepted.

Rules
1. ALL albums on your list must have been first released in at least one country between January 1, 1990 and December 31, 1999.
Quote:
Album X which was released in the US on November 3, 1989 and worldwide on January 31, 1990 is NOT eligible, but Album Y, which was released on November 3, 1999 in Japan and worldwide on January 31, 2000 IS ELIGIBLE.
2. Greatest Hits albums are NOT eligible for consideration UNLESS at least half of the track listing consists of previously unreleased material. Live albums will be considered at MY discretion. Nirvana's MTV Unplugged In New York is one that is eligible.
Quote:
Michael Jackson's HIStory: Past, Present, and Future is eligible for consideration because disc 2 consists entirely of previously unreleased material. However, albums like Janet Jackson's Design of a Decade and Madonna's The Immaculate Collection are NOT eligible because they only supply 2 new tracks apiece.
3. To ensure some amount of diversity in the final countdown and to reduce stan bias, ballots may have a MAX of 3 albums per artist. If a musician was part of a group and later went solo, then both the solo and group albums are included in that artist's final album count.

Siamese Dream, Ten, Nevermind, Whats The Story Morning Glory, Mellon Collie, and Ok Computer, 36 Chambers, Illmatic, and Jagged Little Pill better make this list.
Not you paying BS dust. . I'm honestly surprised by the fact that even though y'all shade it so much, it's the album with the 3rd highest average in the Madonna discography rate. oop
I'll try to find time for this but albums that must be on it:
Nevermind
In Utero
Use Your Illusion 1
Use Your Illusion 2
Ten
Ray of light
The rest is up for debate
