I just discovered this video and learnt about the controversy surrounding it, I must say I am impressed by Madonna's bravery to create something like this when the Iraq war was imminent, is she had released it now it would be hailed by critics.
I love the way she predicted the "bush / iraq was hating/regret"
This just renews my interest in her most underrated albums of all time and I just gained a lot of respect for her...
What are your thoughts about this video? American Life? and even the "Dixie Chicks incident" which supposedly led to the cancellation of the original video??
I would love to see a current pop girl being this brave.
