Depends. "Truffle Butter" will carry it to 500k but she's gonna need a Top 40 smash to push it up way higher. Hopefully she gets one. If not, it will be a tough road.
No, it won't, seeing as though ARTPOP has sold more than The Pinkprint at these stages. Don't act like TPP will have consistent sales with 0 hits supporting the album.

& if you're gonna do 'after 442 days of release' then don't use sales from 6 months ago.
