Yup, this I forgot to mention on the guy's blog. You have to work HARDCORE to get the abs to show, but before that, you must burn fat. Personally, I never work the abs area, mainly because I have a bad back and I end up injuring my back more than the abs (and trust me, I did a variety of abs workouts, not incorrect crunches). Getting flat abs requires you also be blessed with the right genes. Some of us aren't.
This is my schedule, though I feel I must vary it.
Monday - upper body (I kill my arms), 10 minute cardio warmup/cool down
Tuesday - cardio (dance class, zumba, 1 hr)
Wed - lower body (kill my legs and butt), 10 minute cardio warm-up/cool down
Thurs - cardio (zumba, cycling)
Friday - full body workout
Sat & Sun = rest.
People need to stop with that "eat whatever you want" deal because it's not how it works. You are allowed to indulge in the fatty foods, but saying eat whatever you want makes it seem like you can eat cake everyday.
Weight loss requires a different diet than muscle building. And ladies, muscle building does NOT mean you'll become an unattractive body builder. It is impossible for women to get bulky like men unless the woman takes supplements and such. And you have to be blessed with the right genes
I find it sad because I'm always in the weight room and there are few ladies there. They're all on the treadmills -_-
