Introduction
Lucky's Top 17 is a countdown that I just felt like starting today. Every Sunday I will update the chart with my Top 17 songs of the week, based on my likability, plays, etc. I was originally planning to Inspect Element upon a Billboard chart but there is a better way to reveal the songs.
