For a Korean song that's very impressive, viral or not.

You changed the title. Ok the reason why it isn't selling up to its huge potential is radio but when you look at its WW sales I would say its a pretty huge hit.

Digital sales are on the decline this year as well, it's over 3 million now and will probably sell 5-6 million within a few years. That's very good. Not to mention a ton of those views aren't from the US.

People use more the video than the song

Cause the video is iconic, the song is meh. I don't understand anything and neither do most of the people that have watched the video.

It's in 2.9 Million. It's selling. It's not like it sold less than 2 Million

Plus obviously the 1 Billion views came mostly from outside the US

The only thing "iconic", more like loved, about that song is the dance routine. Nothing else.

A Rihanna sized mess

It has no airplay. It's literally selling everything off the video & word of mouth.

And don't speak too soon. It will sell a MASSIVE amount next week, wouldn't shock me if it becomes THE iTunes gift card song.

This song won't stop till it tops 5 million in the US and to do it with no radio play is absolutely insane.

3 million is nothing to scoff at, especially for a song that's not English and receives little radio support
