ATRL's Platinum Hit | Season 1 | | EP2: Assignment Time|
Platinum Hit is a short-lived reality show on Bravo that launch in 2011 in which 12 singer-songwriters compete through innovative songwriting challenges that will test their creativity, patience and drive.
On each round, the competitors will write the lyrics based on a theme or inspiration that week. I will judge based on the creativity of the lyrics. Recording of your song is not required.
And I'm not asking you guys to write a full song. Just wrote me a great verse and a great chorus, everything is perfect

Me too. In some rounds, I'm just asking you to write a perfect verse or a perfect chorus. THAT'S IT. I have a lot of idea for a theme like Cookies, Social Media, Celebrities, Rehab and even ATRL
I loved Platinum Hit! Jackie was my favorite I have loved and followed her since American Idol.
What kind of time requirements are we looking at? Like there are some nights I really can't focus on writing a song, how long are you planning to give us to write them after the challenge is announced?

Maybe for 3 days to keep this tournament alive. And I don't ask you to write a full song, just write a great verse and chorus and you have a chance to win
I'd rather be the judge, than be judged. I know I'm a good songwriter, I just don't like to share my work unless it's copyrighted. I only have one song copyrighted, so that's not enough to compete

Go 'head now gurl! To be honest I'm just doing this to step outside of my comfort zone and see if I could make a good songwriter.
