Bye, that how slaves act. She did nothing wrong, there was no crime committed as admitted by the officer, so why couldn't she have walked away peacefully like she did? It was well within her rights to not provide her ID because she did NOTHING. So why the excessive force? Because she had an attitude? When did that become illegal? She wasn't acting violent or threatening. She was on her phone and started to walk away.
TBH, if the police were wasting my time over a non-crime I would continue about my business as well. IT'S NOT ILLEGAL.
