The Storyline, and the characters + Eidolons were ****ing amazing in FF9.
Vivi and Kuja were my favorite characters in this game, even though Kuja tried to kill everyone

Right After then FF9 was still pretty new and of course i had to buy it and that game will never be replaced again.. its just too epic for words, the music, the characters, the personalities, the eidlons, the black magics, the EVERYTHING its the only one i still play of the series
FF10 was ****ing amazing too, the newers one are ehhhh
FINAL FANTASY 8!!!!!!! PLEASE SOMEONE AGREE WITH ME from the card games, to the music, to the characters, to the storyline, to the mysterious evil magic queens its the BEST!!!! the only other ones i played was FF7 and FF13 (which really sucked it was so linear)
VI and X are the best 2 games in the series...the rest can fight it out amongst themselves...
but Final Fantasy VI...that story is so beautiful...the opera scene

Oh my god, X was my ****. I was playing the hell out of that game at age 10, even though I didn't really know what the hell I was doing. Then from there when the older games would get re-released I would snatch 'em up and play them for like a month, and lovin' every minute of it. I own all of the main series but XI and XIV but I heard they are **** anyways so them will remain untouched.
Ok. I have a confession, Even though I own/have played almost all of the main series games the only ones I have beaten are IV and V.
GURL it's cool...old school FF is where it's at...when I was in high school the kids used to piss me off cause they never seemed to believe that Final Fantasy existed before the number 7
I've played I-X and I plan to get XIII
The Best: VI WITHOUT A DOUBT. The story was PERFECT...I've played that title so many times
The Worst: X-2...disgusting
FF I was pretty hard (The NES version/ESPECIALLY with the ****ing birds in the dungeons that would kill you instantly with their petrification moves). FF III DS was hard as well, but I think FFI was harder
