Youtube only pays about $300,000 per 100 million views for its Partner, although most Youtube Partners are not professional as Music Videos or as in high demand.

You know, I actually have a Vevo-related comment to make as far as to what extent Lady Gaga has shaped the current music video industry. It's interesting to note that just over a year ago, Britney Spears was the most-viewed artist on Vevo (with her views all imported from YouTube, of course). It was only with the introduction of "Bad Romance" that ALL music videos really began to soar. Before BR, Girlfriend was the most-viewed video of all time with just over 100 million. BR obliterated those numbers, eventually passed the Charlie Bit My Finger video and caused a surge in all music video views. We saw Justin Bieber's "Baby" rise incredibly fast and eventually overtake BR. We've seen LTWYL surge, we've seen Waka Waka surge. In fact, interest in music videos in general has skyrocketed since the introduction of BR (and yes, some of it is also do the increased worldwide interest in online video). I feel like this list of most-viewed artists, radically different than it was just over a year ago, kind of shows a very fast-paced and changing climate in the music industry.
And I'm glad Lady Gaga is there to make it happen.

That dude received $70,000 for his 24.9 million views. This is $28,112 per 10 million views.
However, he only became a Partner after he gains a following so assume that Youtube accepted him when he had 1.9 million views, it would be
$70,000 / 23 million views = $30,435 per 10 million views.

This mean 1 million views = about $3000
10 million views = $30,000
100 million views = $300,000
HOWEVER, this is for Youtube semi-professional videos.
VEVO professional music videos command much higher ad revenue. And according to VEVO, the majority of ad revenue from VEVO will go to the artists and the publishers. If this is true, the artists could stand to get about 40% of VEVO ad revenue.
