I don't know i've been feeling down alot lately. I'm 18 now and never been in love or a relationship. I try to be an independent Woman saying "i don't need a man to make me happy" and not so needy for love. (Like Beyonce Taught Me) but it's so hard. I try focusing on my career and telling myself to just let love happen... but to be honest i really want a boyfriend and it's so hard. I want a boyfriend so bad but theres noone that catches my interest. While the ones that do seem to be incredible hot and amazing either straight, taken or don't like me back. I know I'm not the only one who fantasies about being in an amazing relationship with a cute guy and falling in love. It so hard too cause you see all these pictures of beautiful & amazing guys on tumblr & movies, knowing in reality you'd probably never get that. I just want a (hot)guy i can cuddle with, kiss, hold hands with, have amazing conversations with, tell my secrets to and to be the keeper of my heart. Am i asking for too much? Is it so hard to find? Do you guys feel the same way? Why is it so impossible?

Yes and i had crushes before but i dont really know if i will feel like this again, I think it gets harder and harder to find love the older you get (and in my case the older i get the less i crush on someone) , im still young but i wonder how it is for gays that are 30,40 and that are still single maybe they have already gave up

It's funny because when I'm single finally, I often feel so good and free. But after a while, I start feeling the same way you probably do. But, you don't have to force things and tell yourself "I need a boyfriend". It's not like that that solid relationships are built.

Anyways, have hope. I'm sure the good guy will come up to you. You're only 18 lmao. At that age, I just came out and started dating guys, so you have plenty of time! I'm actually dating a guy right now for few months and it's wonderful and nothing is forced.

And yeah, I'm a little bit cheesy like that. I want to have a husband that I come to after work and be married forever
