I can honestly count on my two hands, maybe just one hand, of how many females I know are members on ATRL.



Satellites once started a poll to see how many boys to girls are members here. The results came out to 81% guys and 16% girls. What are your opinions on why ATRL has such a low female population? I'm apart of another celebrity board which has loads of females, females who're very much active on the board. They talk, debate, stan, and all that jazz just like ATRL. I'm just curious as to why the numbers are so low? We're an endangered species here.

Well don't get me wrong, but must of the boys are gays, so the girls are covered.

Maybe more girls would make this site better.

Gays are apparently more prone to having a kind of extreme fanaticism for popstars and to some extent, boys and their loyalty to rockbands. Females are more into fashion or some emotional concerns, IMO. Just an observation.

But don't girls like gays? I don't see the problem.

I disagree, fan girls/teenyboppers are still very much alive to this day. They obsess over the guys, buying the magazines they're on, camping out overnight/days to catch a peek of the guys, etc... They do exist and stan extra hard!

Yep! it's not me having a problem with the boys outnumbering the girls here, I just am curious as to why the number of female posters isn't a little higher than what it is?! That's all!

Gay men, like any other sexuality, race, gender in the world consist of nice people and not so nice people.
