This song to me is the best song off the album and really showed what The Used can do.

49. Underoath - It’s Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door
This song never made my countdown, but was definately one of my favorites of 05.

48. Kelly Clarkson - Since U Been Gone
This may come to a shock to many to see this on here. After seeing her perform this at the 2005 VMA's, Kelly proved that she can go out and perform.

47. Gorillaz - DARE
This is the 1st song by the Gorillaz on my chart. These guys really hit it big in 05', but this song and video proves they are no one hit wonder.

46. Mudvayne - Happy?
Mudvayne put out a new album this year that really proved they are for real. "Happy" was #1 on Headbanger's Ball 2005 countdown and for a good reason...this song rocks.

No offense meant, of course, but wouldn't that really be "they are no two hit wonder"? I mean, Clint Eastwood WAS a big hit.

Like every song mentioned, that i've heard, sans ****ing Fall Out Losers..even ATIG I like somewhat. Not a bad start so far.

45. 311 - Don't Tread on Me
311 released a new album this year that was somewhat disappointing, but "DTOM" was an okay 1st single. "Speak Easy" will make the '06 list.

44. Eminem - Like Toy Soldiers
This was released in 2004, but really didn't start liking it until 2005. This was the best song off Encore, though the album was definately his worst.

43. Green Day - Holiday
This was the 3rd single released off American Idiot and to me was the worse single released. It is a good song none-the-less.

42. Cold - Happens All The Time
Cold released a new album in '05 and it is great. This song is a great 1st single, but their best song of the year will be seen later.

41. Lifehouse - You and Me
Yes, this song was all over radio this year, but Lifehouse are good no matter what. This song could be named Best Love Song of 05'.
