Your definition of "viral"?
I think this term is used very loosely now. What's your personal definition of the word "viral", whether it's about tweets, videos, posts, etc.

Viral is a video that comes out of nowhere to get shared around, so established celebrities releasing popular singles is not viral.
Harlem Shake, that French song, Panda...etc
