Pink swings upside down above the audience in jaw-dropping acrobatic display at Grammys
She really knows how to turn heads in a crowd, even when it's filled with the world's best musicians.
When it was Pink's turn on stage at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, she cut no corners and gave it her all as she belted out a visually and physically impressive acrobatic performance, strung high above the arena in ropes.
The 34-year-old singer gave energetic renditions of her songs Try and Give Me A Reason from her frighteningly high position in the Los Angeles Staples Centre.
Pink made it as clear as day that her body is in mint condition as she stepped onto the stage in an ultra-tight black lace bodysuit, which covered her arms and torso but left her toned legs on show.
The extremely fit star had black strings weaved into her cropped platinum blonde tresses as she performed Try, and later Just Give Me A Reason alongside singer Nate Ruess of the band Fun.
Showing off her impressive flexibility and acrobatic skills, the singer launched into a segment of performance art not for the faint of heart and not to be tried at home.

Pink turned it up a notch for her Grammy Awards performance.
The singer showed off her power and flexibility in an acrobatic, Cirque du Soleil-inspired routine for the performance of her ballad, "Try," with audience members spinning her around at two points during the song -- a stunt she did just several years ago on the same Grammy stage.
.......
The Staples Center audience gave a rousing standing ovation following the performance, though how much of it was for Pink's acrobatic prowess?

Watch P!nk Do Acrobatics Over The Grammys Audience, Just Try To Keep Your Jaw Off The Ground
If you’re not watching the Grammys tonight, allow me to inform you that it’s been uncharacteristically uneventful. Sure there was Beyonce and Jay-Z’s fierce duet, and Taylor Swift flipped her hair back and forth so much I thought she’d get whiplash, but there have been a lotttt of slow jams at pianos. Not exactly exciting. That’s why I flailed in my seat when P!nk came out to perform “Try” and then “Just Give Me a Reason” with Nate Ruess from Fun. We already knew P!nk was a total badass, but this was a very welcome reminder. Holy cow.
I mean, she did aerial acrobatics over the audience without a net. There were splits and flips and spins and just general awesomeness. At one point she reached down and let a few people in the crowd spin her around. Yes she’s done this before; it’s kind of become her shtick. But oh my goodness, it gets me every single time. It’s getting to the point where she should just join the circus and make it official. She was a gymnast for eight years, so I shouldn’t be surprised, but this award show needed a serious dose of caffeine, and P!nk totally delivered. I think Anna Kendrick, who’s actually at the show tonight, summed it up perfectly.

Pink knows how to put on a Grammys performance.
This time, the songstress brought back her best gymnastics attire and routine and sang "Try" from above the audience.
The singer spun while suspended in the air while showing off her killer flexible moves. Honestly, Cirque de Soleil should take note.
She even danced with the hunk from her music video and displayed some seriously impressive balancing moves. Our lady crush is at an all-time high. She then transitioned into her hit duet "Just Give Me a Reason" alongside Fun.'s Nate Ruess. The hot mama looked absolutely radiant in a black long skirt that she put on over her leotard, while Ruess went for a traditional approach in a maroon suit (and hello moustache!).

Grammys 2014: Pink wins the night with her incredible aerial acrobatics performance
Forget all the awards handed out at the 56th Grammys on Sunday (Jan. 26). We just want to re-watch Pink's performance over and over and over again.
The pop star wowed us per usual with her high-flying acrobatics during her performance of "Try." And no, she does not lip sync. That was all live, and all talent. And all Cirque du Soleil caliber of athleticism. Is she super-human?
After pulling off some amazing and beautiful aerial tricks, she came down to earth to show off some even more amazing and beautiful acrobatics on the ground with a hot shirtless man, still singing live and sounding perfect.

Daily Beast
I wasn’t weeping uncontrollably like in 2010 when P!nk performed her gorgeous rendition of “Glitter in the Air” while spinning from the rafters (seriously, mass puppy execution while Sophie’s Choice plays in the background levels of sobs). But dear god is P!nk an amazing performer. She belted “Try” while flipping on a scarf that suspended her upside down by just her ankle over Ozzy Osbourne. Girl has courage! And then she belted the second half of the song while doing a full-on contemporary dance. And, like, belted. For real. Talk about breath control. How much of a schmuck do you think Nate Ruess felt like when he just skipped onto stage like a normal human to sing “Just Give Me a Reason” after P!nk had done all of that?

The star of the night was Pink who showed some gravity defying acrobatics in the air in a skinny bodysuit. Pink left the audience spellbound as she hung upside down in the air with suspenders while performing her number ‘Try’.

But sometimes going big worked too, as when Pink performed an impressive acrobatic routine hanging far above the audience – a reprise of her similar Grammy performance from 2010 – then came back down to earth for an equally athletic dance routine for her song "Try." She finished by dueting with Nate Ruess on "Just Give Me a Reason." The fact that she pulled it off while singing (perfectly) live made the rest of the Grammy lineup look woefully out of shape. The only misstep was Ruess's distracting '70s-****-star mustache.

Pink has never been a Grammy favorite. In a 15-year career, she has won just three Grammys, and only one in the past decade. Her last win was in 2011 as a featured artist for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals on a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine."
Her last solo win was for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance in 2004 for "Trouble."
Both Pink and Swift performed on the show. Pink sang her song "Try" while hanging and swinging from an acrobat's rope, then sang a duet with Ruess on their "Just Give Me a Reason."
Despite not winning any awards, Swift and Pink were part of the telecast's focus from LL Cool J's opening monologue, in which he referred to the power of music.
"For my friend Taylor Swift over here — hey Taylor — music gave her the perfect way to express whatever she was going through." LL Cool J said. "And because Taylor shared her truth a new generation of women are growing up ready to write about whatever guys are doing wrong to them. So gentlemen, behave yourselves."
"Music even had the power to transform Alicia Moore, growing up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, into the very colorful artist now known around the world as Pink. And may I say, it's been a beautiful transformation."
Wins or not, Pink got huge applause.

Is there anything Pink can't do? The 34-year-old singer-turned-aerial performer busted out her gravity-defying skills at the 2014 Grammy Awards on January 26 and still managed to give a flawless vocal. No backing track here, people!
Clad in a So You Think You Can Dance-esque leotard, Pink showed off her toned legs while performing a lyrical dance in mid air (pointed toes and all!) and singing her 2012 hit song "Try." And just when you thought she'd outdone herself, she turned upside down and touched the hands of stunned audience members — all while dangling from her feet!

Pink never fails to disappoint with her performances--and her 2014 Grammy Awards aerial show and duet with Nate Ruess was nothing short of amazing!
Pink took to the sky, dangling above the audience while singing "Try" before hitting the stage with her dance partner to show off just how awesome and strong she is.

Can we just talk about how fantastic Pink is for a second? The pop star just blew our socks off with an amazing acrobatic performance at this year's Grammy Awards. She and Nate Ruess dueted to "Try" and "Just Give Me a Reason," and Ruess was great and all, but Pink's sky-born moves were beyond compare. How does she sing while spinning upside down like that?

The whole acrobat thing is an old trick for Pink, but IT'S AMAZING EVERY SINGLE TIME. Pink could show up and do her ribbon twirling every year and we would be happy, especially because she sounds amazing while she's doing it (take note: everyone sitting at a piano). How is that woman so strong?! Plus, Nate Ruess has a beautiful voice, so that part was nice, too.

Pink Spins, Splits, Amazes at 2014 Grammys
Pink played it again at the 2014 Grammy Awards.
Actually, correction: Pink spun it, split it and amazed the crowd with her acrobatic moves again at the 2014 Grammy Awards.
Simulating a past performance at this same ceremony, Pink kicked off a rendition of "Try" while suspended in mid-air, proving that she easily could have been a circus act if this whole singing thing hadn't worked out.
She then landed, did a cool routine with some shirtless dude, caught her breath and broke into a duet of "Just Give Me a Reason" with Nate Ruess. Very cool stuff all around.

When the singer stormed the stage it looked more like a Circ de Soleil performance as she elegantly danced around in a barely-there number! What did you think of her sexy look? VOTE.
Pink unleashed her inner acrobat for her Grammys performance at the Staples Center on Jan. 26 in LA, where the 34-year-old singer delivered an emotional rendition of her hit, “Try.” While her aerial performance was amazing, we couldn’t get enough of her sexy style on stage! The singer is clearly in amazing shape, and her show-stopping style and dance moves really highlighted her toned physique.
Pink started off her performance in a flowing, long black skirt but it wasn’t long before she took off the bottom to reveal a sexy, long-sleeved lace bodysuit that hugged her curves — and it also allowed the star to show off her toned legs. Almost as impressive as her performance look was her ability to contort into a slew of positions on stage — who knew?
While Pink often has an edgy, rocker vibe to her shows, this performance, (and the outfit), showed off a softer side of the star — and it was so consistent with the song.

#2 Pink with Nate Ruess – Swinging and spinning from an acrobat rope, Pink sang her hit “Try” – and sang it spot on. That was pretty amazing, but then she duetted with Nate Ruess of fun. on their “Just Give Me a Reason,” and she absolutely nailed the high notes while Ruess added intensity with his strong but imperfect (in a good way) singing. Astonishing.

Pink never disappoints with her performances and last night was no different with the singer treating the audience to a display of dazzling gymnastics while singing 'Just Give Me A Reason,' although, she also gave onlookers more than an eyeful with her crotch on full display as she showed off her flexibility.
After an introduction by Bruno Mars, the 'True Love' hitmaker took to the stage as her hit single 'Try' bellowed out around LA's Nokia Theater and it wasn't long before Pink was twirling around while being suspended into the air before showing off her impressive twists and somersaults.

BEST: When Pink Fly
Instead of rehashing the aerial acrobatics that made Pink a water-cooler convo after the 2010 Grammy Awards, she upped the ante — moving from "that looks beautiful" to "that looks incredibly dangerous." Sailing above the audience like Tommy Lee's drums on Mötley Crüe's Dr. Feelgood tour, she turned her performance of "Try" into something more frightening than Nine Inch Nails and Metallica combined, performing feats of derring-do with nail-biting drops and graceful spins. Another great thing: We're writing about her phenomenal performance instead of writing the headline "Pop Singer Pink Takes Out Four Grammys Audience Members in Horrific Trapeze Accident."
