It certainly is a lot for a Jazz song if it's #1, which basically means sales are very low for jazz songs, so yeah, it's a lot.
Not everyone who's Gaga a fan bought the song. They're fans of pop music , not jazz.
If Gaga released a heavy metal song, I wouldn't buy it, even if I'm a fan, because I don't like this genre. You're trying a bit too hard, as usual.
