the "modern" era - 1989 - now. The last twenty five years! A quarter century.

Voters will submit a list of their favorite twenty five singles to one of the named hosts. Obviously not now!

Some rules:

• No artist can appear more than three times on an individual list.
• Every list has to have singles from at least three decades. (Try to do all four!)

Now here's the quality control part: supa, Vessy and I - along with a panel to be named - will whittle down your suggestions to the BEST 150 singles.

Then we'll give it back to you all to vote for the best 75!

This will end up just like the other rate.
