Have you not been paying attention? NOTHING that Kerry said is new from the Obama Administration. They have condemned Israeli settlements and publicly spoken about how it only hurts the efforts to establish a 2 state solution. It's the reason that Netanyahu hates Obama and claims that he has betrayed Israel lol
