Pints and quarts
Can anybody clarify what a pint and a quart are please? My friend needs to cook some food but the recipes are in english and we seriously have no idea how much a pint or a quart are. Thanks in advance!

If you have something that measures ounces or cups, a pint is 16 ounces or 2 cups and a quart is 32 ounces or 4 cups.
oh and one ounce is about 30 mL so yeah...1 cup is 237 mL
